My name is Adele Auva’a and I am a proud Canberran who grew up in the ‘burbs and rode the waves of the public school system. Across my years I delved into youth work and despite changes in careers to owning my own businesses, working in the health and fitness industry, doing the public service gig, public speaking to corporate groups, I found that I was always being led back to high school students with my gift to build rapport quickly and show the students I am interested in THEM. My mission? To help over ONE MILLION young women to understand that they have all the tools within them to be strong, brave, kind, resilient, confident, sassy, successful, happy humans and they don’t need anyone else to love them if they just learn how to love themselves first.
Empower a teenage girl with strength, resilience, and confidence, and she will grow into a woman who can face the world with grace, courage, and unshakable belief in herself.
